BEFORE PROCEEDING: Please be reminded that as a security precaution, your withdrawals will be disabled for 48 hours from the time your password has been reset. 


Please see the following steps below on how you can reset your password through the app:


1.) You may request to reset your password by opening the CoinField app, to proceed on please select "Log Inat the bottom of the screen, the next window should have the option "Forgot Password?(please see screenshot below).


1.1) Once you have selected the option to "FORGOT PASSWORD", you will be routed to the next page where your email address needs to be placed (please see screenshot below).


1.2)  After the above step, the system will automatically generate and send you a code to the registered email which will have an expiry time of 15 minutes, please make sure to enter the code within the timeframe as you will need to do steps 1 & 2 after the code expires (please see screenshots below).


1.3)  As soon as the request has been initiated, a push notification and an SMS will be sent to you to confirm that an attempt to change your password has been requested (please see screenshot).


1.4) Prior changing your password you will be asked to confirm that you are not a "bot", to proceed tick the box so you can confirm the "captcha image" that system have generated (please see screenshot below).


1.4) After confirmation, you will be routed to the next page to enter your "new password", please ensure that your new password must be at least 6 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers  (please see screenshot below).


1.4) Once the password has been successfully changed a notification on the right hand side will appear (please see screenshot below).
