We have certain procedures and reasonable fees involved in recovering your account. The fees are payable only after the account have been recovered and completed. If nothing has been recovered, you do not have to pay anything.


Please note that this is a lengthy process which requires patience as this would involve the participation of several departments within CoinField. Below would be the processes included on this procedure:

  • Removal of phone number
  • Termination of your old account 
  • Opening of your new  account
  • Manual transfer of your assets (old account to new account)


Below are examples of scenarios wherein fees would be applicable:


1.) Change of phone number


Example: User have registered his work phone number and needs to update the phone number to his personal number.


Note: This process is subject for approval. Number of factors will need to be verified for this request.

2.) Account termination and new account creation, phone number migration and manual transfer of assets.

Example: User have registered his work email and lost access on his account which contains all personal details (e.g phone number and assets).

Step 1: Registered phone number needs to be removed on old account in order to be used on new account.

Step 2: User needs to organise a new account and request termination of the old account.

Step 3: Approval of details takes place if the above steps have been initiated by the user (If the above steps have been completed and verified by the departments involved in the process, it will proceed to STEP 4).

Step 4: Technical Team will initiate the manual transfer of funds. Support Team will be in touch once the process is completed.

Note: This process is subject for approval. Number of factors will need to be verified for this request.

Recovery Fee:

$500 USD or equivalent (cyrpto)
