We have recently launched a new feature on our platform to protect users from unwanted and unauthorized logins. This new feature automatically notifies the user if the IP Address being used from the previous session is different.

If an attempt of log-in from a different IP Address has been made, the system will advise you on the following information below.

"We detected a login to your account from a new IP address. Please check your mailbox for further instructions."

Please check your mailbox for further instructions on how you can authorize your new IP Address. After you have successfully processed the authorization you should be able to login to your account.
