Each person cannot have more than one Individual account. If the client already has an active Individual account and also wants to open an Institutional account, it must be opened separately, that is, using a different email and telephone.


To open a Corporate account you must first open an individual account, then, using the log-in of this individual account the client has to apply for an institutional account (Dashboard > Settings> Account Type> Corporate). This individual account can not be used for individual purposes, it is only as a reference of the person in charge of the Institutional account¹.

¹ A client cannot transfer money from one account (Individual or Institutional) to another CoinField account.
