In order to initiate a withdraw Request via MuchBetter App, you must first be Approved to Level 5 (restrictions apply) or Level 6 (no restrictions), have a MuchBetter account and follow the below steps:
- On your Dashboard go to Transfer TAB on the left of the page;
- Choose the currency you'd like to withdraw funds USD, EUR or GBP and select the ‘MuchBetter’ tab;
- Choose the amount you'd like to withdraw
- Enter your phone number registered on MuchBetter APP. Please type in your number in international format, i.e. for a UK phone number, enter 441509813888 without any space, + or dash;
- Once the withdrawal is successfully processed, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation;
- Your funds will be immediately credited to your MuchBetter account².

² Funds must be sent from the same account holder name that you provided for Coinfield, which must also match your ID. According to our policies any third-parties transactions are not allowed, and if the client attempt to do so, the same is at risk of being rejected.
