You must also have your account verified at least to Level 5 to be able to fund your account otherwise your deposit request might be rejected.
If your request is still in the time frame noted, please be patient and wait for the full time (processing and withholding) to be completed. We cannot expedite requests and we are bind by Financial and local regulations.
In case your request has passed the time informed on our page, please open a Support Tickets with us to verify your request. Make sure you inform the date requested, amount, currency, method and transaction reference (if available) for us to identify your request. We cannot guarantee locating your request if information is missing when opening a ticket.
