SEPA is a payment integration initiative from the Euro Zone, currently consisting of 28 members. The goal of SEPA is to simplify cross-border bank transfers denominated in EURO.

This method guarantees in the EURO zone that payments can be done within a guaranteed time and banks are not allowed to make deductions from the amount being transferred. However, if used to transfer EUR to other banks or payment institutions (domestic or foreign), they the option of charging a credit-transfer fee of their choice for euro transfers.

This option at CoinField is only available to EU residents and EURO transactions. Once the funds are withdrawn and settled within our bank, we then populate your CoinField balance with those funds - minus applicable fees.

To gain access to SEPA funding options you first must complete your account verification process minimum to Level 5. Once finished you will want to "select" this funding method from your EURO wallet funding page and refer to these next steps:

  1. Please make sure to put the reference number above as "NOTE TO RECEIVER". We require your "REFERENCE" to identify the deposit to credit it to your Account.

  2. Never exceed your funding limits. If you exceed the limits, your account may be frozen until our team can look into the case in person or until the funds are returned to you. This can take 2-4 weeks.

  3. The funding instructions above are unique to your account and funds sent using these instructions, precisely as written, will be credited to your CoinField account.

  4. Your deposit must be sent from the same bank account matching your legal name on CoinField. All deposits sent from a different bank account holder's name will be rejected.

If you entered your banking info correctly upon initiation and submission of your request¹ and you have available funds within your bank account, you'll funds will arrive soon.

As per the time frames noted on CoinField's Transfer Fees¹ page, SEPA funds might take up to 48 hours to be available in your account.

Funds must be sent from the same account holder name that you provided for Coinfield, which must also match your ID. According to our policies any third-parties transactions are not allowed, and if the client attempt to do so, the same is at risk of being rejected.
