There are 4 main reasons as to why your deposit was rejected:
- Funds were send from a third party
- Some information such as full name, bank account, nicknames, SN number, doesn’t match to your account
- Password informed was incorrect
- Account not approved
1 According to our policies, transactions being sent or received from third parties are not allowed as customers must request funds only from his/her own bank account whose holder name matches with the name you have registered with us.
2 Inform your reference number as the security question and coinfield as the password (all lowercase with no space or comma)
3 Your account must be at least approved level 5
