If for some reason, you do not have access neither to the QR nor the code, we'd suggest you request the 2FA to be deactivated. To request the deactivation, you must send us the following information to confirm your identity:

- A selfie of you holding a valid piece of ID and a note stating you are requiring and authorizing the procedure of the 2FA deactivation from your account. (The ID and the note must be clear)
- In addition, the note must contain your name, signature matching your document and date.

The department responsible will deactivate the 2FA as soon the document sent is verified.
