CoinField's Bitcoin Cash Wallet utilizes LEGACY address Format (as shown on your BCH wallet).
If you need to send and/ or receive¹ from wallet software that still uses CASH address format, you may use the BCH address converter available in the following link: Bitcoin Cash Explorer
- For deposit into your CoinField account (if the sender address is CASH format), you must copy and paste your CoinField wallet address (LEGACY format) on the converter link and use the address converted that is shown there as CASH format to make the transaction request.
- For withdrawal from your CoinField wallet (LEGACY address) to another address (CASH format), you must copy and paste the destination address (CASH format) on the converter link and use the address converted that is shown there as a LEGACY format to make the transaction request.
In case the address is not converted, your transaction might fail.
I hope I could be helpful, and if you have any questions on how to convert your address, please let me know.
¹Coinfield cannot cancel/ reverse/ recover transactions if the client accidentally sent Cryptos to a wrong destination address. The reason is that blockchain processes each transaction, and we do not have any control over it after the transaction made.
