You are able to upload documents for KYC/AML processes and account verification as soon as you sign up on our platform. You can follow the uploading documentation instructions on there. If your account is incomplete or supporting documents are required, you will see a notification on your account as well as receive an email from us requiring the user to complete registration. If documents cannot be uploaded to your account, you can reply back to us
