Coinfield cannot reverse/retrieve transactions if cryptos were accidentally sent to a wrong destination address.
The reason is that after you place a request in our system, the same is released to the blockchain to be processed, which is done automatically. We do not have any control over blockchain transactions after the event occurred.
If you know the beneficiary address owner of the mistakenly sent request, we urge you to directly contact the recipient to return the cryptos to the correct address.
