If your 6 digit 2FA code is not working, please make sure that your time correction is up to date in the Google Authenticator App, especially if you're travelling through different time zones. 


To sync your Google Authenticator App to the correct time zone, Go to your apps 'Settings' >> 'Time correction for codes' >> then press 'Sync now'. 


If you still can't access your account after the step above, you may request for a 2FA deactivation from our support team.
