According to our policies, transactions attempted to be sent or received from third parties are NOT ALLOWED as clients must request funds only from their own bank account whose holder name matches the name you have registered with us (ID provided and Information on your profile). That means that your bank account name must match with your full name registered at CoinField alongside your account Reference Number, for both deposits and withdrawals.

If you try to send funds from your account to another third-party from CoinField, we hold the right to cancel or freeze the account until further investigation.

CoinField is not responsible for any fees charged by third-parties Financial Institution if the request is done not following the requirements thus will not refund the client for any fees charged for the same even by CoinField.
