In order to initiate a withdraw Request via Wire Transfer you must first be Approved to Level 5 (restrictions apply) or Level 6 (no restrictions) and follow the steps as shown on your Dashboard >> Transfer TAB on the left of the page. In there, choose the currency you wish to withdraw funds and inside your Wallet, select Withdrawal >> Wire Transfer.


When in this page, inform all required information to initiate a withdrawal and have the below information beforehand:

  1. WITHDRAW AMOUNT - as according to our Transfer Fee Page
  2. Client FULL NAME (Same as Bank Account): for you to identify the bank account registered i.e. My TD Chequing account
  3. Client FULL ADDRESS:
  4. BANK NAME:
  5. BANK ADDRESS:
  6. BANK code NUMBER (3 DIGITS):
  7. BANK TRANSIT NUMBER (5 DIGITS)
  8. Your account NUMBER or IBAN (Minimum 7 DIGITS):
  9. Your BANK SWIFT/ BIC code:


Your bank account Full Name must match your ID and Profile informed on your CoinField account, as we do NOT ALLOW funds being requested or sent to third-party accounts. If you try to send funds from your account to another third-party from CoinField, we hold the right to cancel or freeze the account until further investigation.


Bank Wire Transfers could take up to 6 business days depending on the fiat currency, amount and the date requested, as it includes also withholding time beyond the current processing time.


You should see the funds available within the suggested time frame. However, If you have been waiting for the transaction to credit to your account longer than the suggested time frame, we encourage you to contact your Financial Institution for further assistance as they can set a hold on funds according to their internal procedures.
