You must also have your account verified to Level 6 (no exceptions) to be able to withdraw funds from your account otherwise your request might be rejected.

If your request is still in the time frame noted, please be patient and wait for the full time (processing and withholding) to be completed. We cannot expedite requests as we have to comply with financial and local regulations.

In case your request has passed the time informed on our page, please open a Support Ticket with us to verify your request. Make sure you inform the date requested, amount, currency, method, and transaction ID for us to identify your request. We cannot guarantee to locate your request if the information is missing when opening a ticket.
