At CoinField our goal is to be fully in compliance with  KYC & AML procedure. We've partnered up with Equifax to make the user verification process instant for most of our users. In some cases if the identity of user cannot be confirmed by Equifax, then one of our KYC officers will take over the file and process it manually.

Using the name, date of birth, and address that you have provided, EQUIFAX may have been unable to locate your credit file. This can occur when the information within your CoinField profile doesn't match the information that EQUIFAX has on file. Others reasons can include refreshing or leaving the page, you don't have a credit file in Canada, or you have answered the questions incorrectly. If false information was provided, you had zero chance of passing. Unfortunately, we are unable to tell why Equifax either passed or failed your verification.
