There are two reasons which may cause this issue:

  1. Your daily bank transaction limit is less than $500,00 CAD, and this case you must contact your bank to change your limits.
  2. We could not verify your account and the same is still pending on Level 4 or below. In this case, you must contact our Compliance team at compliance@coinfield.com to check your account and run the approve it manually.
